Chalfont Borough Meeting November 8th, 2016. 7pm at Borough Hall. Final Vote on Ordinance 427 which would amend the Chalfont Borough Zoning Ordinance to dispense with vision that Chalfont would have a cozy, small town feel, and turn it into 90% housing and 10% highway oriented business. At the meeting in October, 3 council members expressed concern with this amendment, but 4 voted in favor of it. It passed the first hurdle.
